We review every property before acceptance so the package matches your driveway and sidewalk. There is no charge when you submit.
Once approved, you’ll receive a private invoice link. Pay securely online by card, by e-transfer, or in person.
Residential snow terms
What your plan covers.
Season and trigger
Plans run November 1 through March 31. Clearing is triggered when total snowfall reaches 2 cm.
Service timing
Our target is completion within 24 hours after snowfall ends. Ongoing or extraordinary storms may require phased visits.
Safe access
Customers must keep vehicles, toys, cords, and other obstacles clear. Please identify fragile surfaces or hidden hazards before service.
Scope
Clearing covers the areas in the confirmed package. Snow hauling, roof snow, city windrows, and oversized areas are not included unless quoted.
Ice treatments
Ice melt and traction gravel are optional $15 applications. They reduce risk but cannot guarantee ice-free surfaces.
Prepayment and cancellation
The 10% discount applies to the base five-month package paid in full. Add-ons are billed as used. Prepaid refunds are prorated at regular monthly rates for unserved future months, less any outstanding balance.
